Selected candidatemust reside within two (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in WoodlawnMD. Selected candidate must be willing to work onsite at least 2days a week.

Reviewing requirementsimplementing solutions from conception development andimplementation and providing recommendation to best utilizeinvestments with ServiceNow must be a handson developer as aresource to ongoing projects and initiatives

Position Description:

Serve as the Principal ServiceNow applicationarchitect/developer responsible for implementing ServiceNowsolution design using best industry and ServiceNowpractices.

Facilitate requirements gatheringand document requirements.

Design and developsolutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new ormodifications to applications forms flow workflow UI policies UIactions Business Rules ACLs UI Builder and any other configurationsrequired to support client processes.

Translaterequirements/stories and mockups into fully functional features byworking closely with the team lead.

DevelopJavaScript server/client code.

Create and useupdate sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and databetween environments.

Provide advanced supportfor ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult softwareproblems implementing bug fixes and performing root causeanalysis.

Participate in discovery sessions andprocess definitions with team lead and other developers.

Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirementsgathering and developing/documenting process workflows.

Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments fromDEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies.

Provide guidance to ServiceNow developers.

Skills Requirements:

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (BasicQualifications)

7 years of experiencewith the ServiceNow platform ITAM including SAM CMDB Discovery MIDServers Workflow/Notifications Workspaces UI Policies BusinessRules Client Scripts Script Includes Catalog Client Scripts CatalogUI Policies Email Scripts ACL Roles / Groups.

5years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNowusing data loads transform maps and transform scripts.

5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAMImplementations.

Must be able to obtain andmaintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

oServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Experience developing ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Governance Riskand Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) modules including goodunderstanding of Authority Documents Citations Policies ControlObjectives Acknowledgment Campaigns Entity Types Risk and Auditprocesses in ServiceNow.

Solid ServiceNow ITOMDeveloper knowledge and experience (Software Asset Management CMDBMID Server and Discovery)

Skills with usingJavaScript REST and SOAP integrations.

Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UIBuilder.

Experience designing and developingServiceNow process flows and workflow.

Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings.

Excellent communication and written skills
