- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the areas of e-governance, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on consulting-led solution selling rather than just cloud or data center services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address clients business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions proposed are viable and deliver maximum value to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes in the fields of e-governance, enterprise solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, including government agencies and large enterprises.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that showcase our unique value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in enterprise solutions, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, or e-governance are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally within consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, NISG) or IT services firms (e.g., Tech Mahindra, UST Global, CMS, Kellton, CoForge, etc), with a focus on solution selling.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, e-governance, and the digital transformation landscape.
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships at the senior executive level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a solution-focused approach, and to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
