    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Regional sales manager to contribute to our company's sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.

    As a national sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

    Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, Discreet sales and projects.
    • Requires strong business acumen, proven management skills, and the ability to lead the team. Effective problem-solving skills & track record of successful results.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Lead Region wide sales team members to achieve sales targets
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the region.
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
    • Prepare, Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements and provide constructive feedback to the team.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, Drive the Forecast accuracy.
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Liaise with Marketing and Category Management to develop portfolio to offer customers based on the business need.

    Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

    · Bachelor or Master degree of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Engineering or scientific related field.

    · 15+ years' experience in Sales and at least 5+years in People management role.

    · proven track record in sales in Analytical instruments/High Value instruments or in Similar field.

    · Strong market knowledge and professional networks

    · Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to meet deadlines

    · Computer literate in MS Office, CRM

    · Fluent Knowledge of English is Must and additional Arabic language would be preferable.

    · Position is based in India (preferably in In Bangalore or Mumbai) and person need to travel with in the region if required.
