- Lead Automation Projects across Managed Services, liaise with stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
- Assist with developing the Business Requirement Document, design & document the Solution Design Document
- Develop the automations, scripting & tooling based on the nature of the request, ensure thorough testing of the automation and Implement in Production Environment
- Monitor the progress of the automations and provide necessary support, collaborate with other automation engineers on complex projects.
- Design & develop custom tooling based on project requirements, integrate AI & ML concepts into the Automation.
- Expertise in multiple Scripting Platforms (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, AutoIT etc.)
- Expertise in Power Platform (Flows, PowerApps, Dataverse etc.)
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation Platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Platform)
- Expertise on Programming Languages & should have developed enterprise grade applications
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Certifications on RPA Platforms

As a Senior Engineer, Solutions Architecture you will be responsible for developing automations for the Managed Services and related projects. As an Automation Engineer you would be accountable for understanding the business requirements, solution design, development, implementation & support of the various automations. You will be working on diverse automation platforms like RPA (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Power Platform etc.), Custom script-based automations leveraging various scripting platforms (Python, PowerShell, AutoIT, JavaScript bookmarklets) etc. You will also be required to develop custom tooling using various programming languages.
