    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Decision Making: Formulate and implement strategic HR decisions to ensure effective hiring, development, and retention of qualified employees aligned with company goals.

    Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and market trends.

    Performance Review Procedures: Oversee performance review procedures to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for development.

    HR Policy Development: Develop fair and consistent HR policies that comply with legal requirements and company values, ensuring understanding and compliance among employees.

    Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify and select the best candidates for various roles within the organization, fostering diversity and inclusivity.

    Learning and Development Initiatives: Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Proven work experience as an HR Executive/Manager, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.

    Experience with full-cycle recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
