    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Create and optimize marketing content, including emails, landing pages, ads, and social media posts, to drive engagement and generate leads.
    • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track campaign performance, and measure results.
    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, and provide support in lead qualification and nurturing.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing.
    • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

    Skills:
