About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled React Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React JS, Redux, Bootstrap (or any responsive design framework), and possess advanced JavaScript skills. The candidate should be well-versed in design patterns, have experience with Microservices Architecture, and exhibit strong coding skills.
Responsibilities:
React JS Development: Demonstrate expertise in React JS to create efficient, reusable, and performant components.
Redux Implementation: Implement and maintain state management using Redux for complex applications.
Responsive Design: Utilize Bootstrap or any other responsive design framework to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Product-Based Experience: Showcase experience in working on products, ensuring the ability to adapt and implement updates effectively.
Challenging Environment: Thrive in a challenging work environment, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Advanced JavaScript Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced JavaScript concepts and best practices.
Microservices Architecture: Have a solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and its application in web development.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in React JS development.

Strong coding skills with a focus on clean and maintainable code.
Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap.
