Job title: Sales Manager

Description

Key Objectives:
To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved

Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling while enhancing and upgrading client relationships
2. Retain and expand the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business or referrals
3. Maximize sales through a network of relationships and ensure strong business
4. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals
5. Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion
6. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results and meet business targets and profitability of the area
7. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
8. Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies
9. Keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
10. Use understanding of the markets/competition/processes/products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market
11. Ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations as well as processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems
