    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for achieving the sales target, crafting sales plans, and justifying plans to the senior management.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Understanding the product completely and the needs of the Client
    • Ability to make clients understand the objective and benefits of our Software Projects.
    • Providing complete Product Details to the client
    • Achieve the monthly sales growth and hit sales targets.
    • Know about new products, the competition, and the market.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and operation department.
    • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports.
    • Continuously improve through feedback.

    Requirements and Key skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • 0 to 2 years of Inside Sales Experience in the Education Industry.
    • Sales experience in the Ed-tech industry is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and persuade others in a credible manner
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
