    Description

    IT Operations Specialist

    As a key member of our technical team, this IT Operations Specialist role requires hands-on experience in IT System Administration with strong exposure to Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and management of various M365 services.

    • A good understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD concepts
    • Familiarity with systems backups,
    The following are some responsibilities that the person would undertake:
    1. Developing and implementing proactive measures to ensure seamless service delivery.
    2. Maintaining accurate documentation on all processes and procedures for future reference by others.

    The selected individual should have: thorough knowledge about backup solutions such as Power Shell scripts which help automate tasks; great analytical skills so they can troubleshoot problems efficiently;
    good communication skills including being able to present complex information clearly at appropriate levels within an organization - internal customers like other departments depending upon what specific role requires working closely together daily making sure everything runs smoothly without any issues arising down line because timely intervention always prevents further complications arise later before affecting overall productivity positively impacting bottom.
