    Job Description - This interesting role lies at a cross section of new product development, marketing, and sales with focus on the company's B2B clients. The person while reporting to the Business Unit Head will work closely with the market to understand consumer preference, build relevant products, and take them to the market for increasing market share.

    Description:

    The position lies within in the B2B team of the organization. The products serve clientele in sectors like hospitality, auto, hospitals, etc. This position will work on developing new applications for the organization's foam offerings with excellent focus on developing in new clientele and markets.

    - Develop industry specific applications for the products

    Work closely with R&D team for new product development

    Take charge of developing GTM and communications strategy for the product lines

    Handle techno-commercial activities that include enquiry generation, Market potential and feasibility analysis

    Responsible for business cycle management including the designated topline targets

    Understand and anticipate innovations, industry developments and competitor movements

    Engagement with key decision makers- internally and externally
    Profile:

    - Must have minimum 15 years of experience in product management, preferrably in plastics or polymers

    Should be an engineer and an MBA

    Must be adept at interacting with the consumers, understanding their preferences, and working with the R&D team for new product development

    Should be capable at developing GTM strategy for new products along with 4Ps and appropriate marketing plans

    Candidates with some exposure of FMCG or retail exposure shall be preferred

    Good communications and team management skills

    Must be excellent at stakeholder management
