    Description

    Position: BUSINESS ANALYST (Night shift / WFO compulsory)

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
    • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
    • Support the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to validate solution functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful project.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and business process improvement.
    • Act as a liaison with technical teams to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management techniques, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Familiarity with business process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
