Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· 5 to 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
