    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Developer with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HR ABAP development and a proven track record of working on SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) interfaces. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ECP payroll interfaces while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

    Responsibilities:

    • with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP ECP payroll interfaces.
    • develop, test, and maintain SAP HR ABAP solutions, specifically focusing on SAP ECP payroll interfaces.
    • and customize SAP ECP payroll integration scenarios to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
    • data mapping, transformation, and validation within SAP HR ABAP for smooth and accurate data exchange between systems.
    • troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP ECP payroll interfaces, ensuring timely resolution to maintain data integrity.
    • closely with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP ECP payroll with other HR and related systems.
    • with SAP Basis and other technical teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the SAP ECP payroll interfaces.
    • up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HR ABAP and SAP ECP to suggest enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.
    • and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and issue resolution guides.
    • knowledge on BADI, IDocs, RFCs, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP development.
    • expertise in SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) interfaces, including configuration, customization, and integration.
    • in ABAP programming language and development tools, with a focus on HR-related modules and functionalities.
    • of HR data structures, payroll processes, and integration points within SAP ECP.
    • with data mapping, transformation, and validation for data exchange between systems.
    • problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
    • communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • HR ABAP certification is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • with other SAP HR modules (such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management) is advantageous.
    • with integration technologies like Web Services, IDocs, and APIs.
    • exposure to Agile development methodologies.
    • to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
