    RoleandResponsibilities:Asan HR Generalist / Analyst in our eye care organization you willplay a crucial role in managing various human resource functionswith a particular focus on payroll HR MIS and generalist duties.Your responsibilities willinclude:
    PayrollManagement:
    • Overseeingendtoend payroll processes accurately andefficiently.
    • Ensuringcompliance with statutory regulations related to payroll andtaxation.
    • Resolvingpayroll discrepancies and answering payrollrelatedinquiries.

    HRMIS (Management InformationSystems):
    • Developingand maintaining HR databases and management informationsystems.
    • Generatingregular reports and analytics on key HR metrics for managementreview.
    • Analyzing datatrends to provide insights fordecisionmaking.

    HRGeneralistActivities:
    • Handlingvarious HR functions such as recruitment onboarding performancemanagement and employeerelations.
    • Assistingin the development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
    • ConductingHRrelated research and staying updated on industry trends and bestpractices.

    ComplianceandDocumentation:
    • Ensuringadherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to HRactivities.
    • Maintainingaccurate and uptodate employee records anddocumentation.
    • Assistingin audits and compliance reviews asnecessary.

    EmployeeSupport:
    • Servingas a point of contact for employee inquiries andconcerns.
    • Providingguidance and support to employees on HRrelatedmatters.
    • Facilitatingtraining sessions or workshops on HR topics asneeded.

    CollaborationandCoordination:
    • Collaboratingwith other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives withorganizationalgoals.
    • Coordinatingwith external vendors or service providers for HRrelatedservices.

    ContinuousImprovement:
    • Identifyingareas for process improvement within HR functions and implementingsolutions.
    • Contributingto the development and enhancement of HR systems andprocesses.
