Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDM/Online Bidder for multiple IT companies . As a BDM/Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through online platforms and bidding websites. This is a full-time position with a focus on web and mobile application bidding. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding and possess excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a BDM/Online Bidder
• Proven track record of generating business through online bidding platforms,Like upwork,PPH ,Guru, freelancer etc
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with web and mobile and web application bidding processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify business leads through various online platforms and bidding websites
• Understand client requirements and prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Track and report key sales metrics to the management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
