    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and client relationship management. This is a full-time position based in Alnavar, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and possess strong skills in customer relationship management, communication, research, business, marketing strategy, market development, and management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Excellent research and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Understanding of business and marketing strategy
    • Experience in market development and competitive analysis
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Good time management and organizational skills
