    Hiring for Lead- Business Development (OEM)or Fleet Business

    • Account Management: Serve as the key account manager for OEM partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and requirements to foster longterm relationships and drive collaboration; Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.
    • Business Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and supply to OEM partners, meeting their timelines and expectations.

    Cultivate and maintain partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to integrate technology with legacy OEMs' products and platforms.

    • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with OEMs, ensuring favorable terms and agreements that align with business objectives.
    • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify new OEM opportunities, expanding network of partnerships and collaborations within the electric mobility industry.
