Job summary
The Lead – Planning – Site develops and manages the detailed construction schedule ensuring integration of scope cost and time parameters enabling accurate monitoring. Develops Level 2 schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project translates scope into work breakdown structures assigning durations milestones resource requirements coordinates with teams gather schedule inputs ensures alignment between planning field activities prepares weekly monthly look-ahead schedules monitors updates project schedules calculates schedule variances forecasts delays.- Develop detailed Level 2 schedules for the entire project scope.
- Translate scope of work BOQs into work breakdown structures WBS logically linked activities assign durations milestones resource requirements.
