    Overview:

    Therole of a Factory Shift Incharge is vital to the smooth operationof the factory. They are responsible for overseeing the productionprocess ensuring that production targets are met and maintaining asafe and efficient workingenvironment.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Supervisingproduction and ensuring attendance and productivity of theproduction workforce.
    • Leavemanagement.
    • Coordinating workers to meet theproduction targets as per productionplan.
    • Quality testing and qualitycontrol.
    • Compliance to production SOPs andprocesses
    • Supervising the production process onthe shift
    • Ensuring that production targets andquality standards are met
    • Managing andallocating resources effectively
    • Training andsupervising staff members
    • Implementing andmaintaining health and safetyprocedures
    • Monitoring and improving overallproductivity
    • Handling shift scheduling andemployee rotations
    • Resolving anyproductionrelated issues that mayarise
    • Collaborating with other departments toensure seamless operations
    • Implementing andenforcing company policies andprocedures
    • Conducting regular quality controlchecks
    • Preparing and presenting shiftreports
    • Identifying areas for processimprovement
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards

    Qualification:

    • Bachelors degree inMechanical Engineering.
    • Proven experience in amanufacturing or productionenvironment
