As a Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist, your primary objective will be to provide security services, investigate incidents, and protect assets within your designated area of responsibility. You will work in accordance with India Security and Loss Prevention guidelines and policies to mitigate shipment loss and ensure customer satisfaction. This cross-functional role requires collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively with stakeholders from various business and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security and LP Operation: Implement loss prevention procedures and practices at Amazon sites.

2. Audits and Compliance: Conduct SLP audits, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare documents for internal and external audits.

3. Process Improvement & Loss Prevention Program: Review processes, perform gap analysis, identify necessary improvements, and provide loss prevention reporting.

4. Loss Prevention Analysis and Investigation: Analyze weekly loss trends, conduct investigations in collaboration with the RCX and AMZL/OPS team, and meet investigation and shrink reduction targets.
