    About the Job:

    As the primary liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders, the role involves:


    •Facilitating Seamless Communication:


    •Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


    •Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Founder and different departments.

    Project Management:


    •Implement robust follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.


    •Keep the Founder informed of project developments and status reports.


    •Share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.

    Administrative Support:


    •Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for the Founder.


    •Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the Founder's workflow.

    Research Projects:


    •Conduct ad hoc research projects with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.


    •Ensure timely completion of research assignments.

    Talent Acquisition:


    •Conduct initial sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation for key hires.


    •Support the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates.

    Documentation and Reporting:


    •Prepare presentations, summary reports, and budgets as required by the Founder.


    •Maintain documentation with clarity and professionalism.

    Ideal candidates for this role would be individuals who possess:


    •A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) along with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.


    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite, indicating a strong grasp of essential office tools.


    •Strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to thrive as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering smooth communication and coordination.


    •Proven ability to manage projects effectively, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to implement robust follow-up systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks.


    •Demonstrated capability in administrative support, including managing email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and handling various administrative tasks efficiently to support the workflow of the Founder.


    •Experience in conducting ad hoc research projects with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of assignments.


    •Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to strategic discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
