    Our client is a UK-based MNC Company Leader in sieving & filtration equipment manufacturing company located Waghodia, Vadodara.

    Job Title: Sr. Executive Export Sales

    Note: The external title for the position of Executive Export Sales is Area Sales Manager Region.

    Location: Waghodia - Vadodara.

    Experience & CTC: 5 -7 years LPA)

    Qualification: BE Mechanical-Experience/BE Mechanical + MBA-Experience

    Job Timings: 9 am 6 pm (2nd -3rd Saturday off)

    Reporting Relationship: Manager Export Sales

    Job Description:

    Analyse and monitor the East Africa market (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia & nearby Countries) and prepare a business plan (within 3 months) to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

    Develop a strong Agent or Distributor network to achieve agreed growth.

    Achieve the agreed annual booking target.

    Visit given territory with Agent or Distributor, to train them as well as to provide sales assistance to them.

    Identify & Participate in Exhibitions to promote company products in a defined territory.

    E-mailing to prospective companies.

    Prepare County reports as well as Industry reports.

    Witness internal trials as well as customer site trials (when possible).

    Prepare Monthly Reports as well as requested reports by Management on time.

    Responsibilities:

    All of the duties of the position are completed as per the job description.

    Sales duties are performed accurately and on time.

    Assisting Sales Managers on an as-needed basis

    Skills:

    Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, and PowerPoint

    Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member

    Candidate required to communicate out of India therefore English Communication 100% Fluency Required.

    More Preferable Male candidate, Qualifications Mechanical Engineer (If MBA marketing) and background/experience must be Engineering / OEM / Capital Equipment / Machine Selling.

    Compensation and Measures of Performance:

    Salary (Fixed + AVP) on Booking targeted basis.

    Authorities:

    Exercise the responsibilities and perform the duties of this position. This includes full

    decision-making authority for all responsibilities and duties with the assistance of the Sales Manager.
