    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop customer acquisition strategies tailored to the Indian market, leveraging local knowledge and expertise.
    • Establish partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and media networks to drive traffic and conversions, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including affiliate, influencer, PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing efforts.
    • Analyze user data to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Conduct market research to understand player behavior, preferences, and trends in India, informing strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with the product team to enhance the user experience and ensure market fit, aligning with business objectives.
    • Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring competitor activities and industry developments.
    • Manage acquisition efforts effectively, balancing growth with cost control.
    • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record (5+ years) in customer acquisition, digital marketing, and affiliate management within the online gaming industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Indian gaming and crypto market, including player preferences and local marketing channels.
    • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Experience managing affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns, driving results-oriented strategies.
    • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
    • A data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
