    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and proactive New Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire new clients for the company, contributing to its growth and expansion objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential clients in target markets or industries through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
    • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities to initiate contact with prospects and establish relationships.
    • Customize sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
    • Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
    • Conduct extensive field work to prospect, engage, and acquire new clients in target markets or industries.
    • Travel to various locations to meet with potential clients, attend networking events, and participate in industry conferences.

    Requirements:

    • A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, coupled with between 0 to 3 years of experience.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related role, with a focus on new client acquisition.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
