    We are seeking a talented Lead UX Designer to join our in-house customer service product development team within Wayfair.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, a strong understanding of customer service workflows, and the ability to lead a portfolio of work to deliver innovative solutions.

    "What You'll Do"Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for our customer service products, ensuring a user-centric approach and adherence to design best practices.

    Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

    Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and advocate for their integration into our product development process.

    "We Are a Match Because"Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web and mobile-web applications. E-commerce experience is highly desirable.

    Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

    Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, , etc.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
    Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
