    Description

    Job Purpose

    This job is being created to support this expansion and to reinforce the Subject Matter expertise of the new Oracle OBLM and OBDX platform within the bank. The person in the role will act as the Techno-Functional Expert across mentioned applications and contribute as required.

    The team member will have a range of responsibilities from analyzing the technical requirements, understanding of the infrastructure, performing product deployments to ensuring that we stay on the leading edge of technology. He/She will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, front to back for the platform. He/ She will be required to be part of cross functional team and interact with Product Owner, Designers ,Engineers .

    Key Results Area

    Ø Subject Matter expert of the OBDX and OBLM with strong domain knowledge of Liquidity Management (Multi Bank concentration, Pool, Interest calculation methods, Reallocation, Simulation) and Channel banking or similar banking platform

    Ø Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams.

    Ø Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate this to vendor specific documents.

    Ø Perform deployments, Measure impacts, gather issues Information and Coordinate with vendor on Issues/ Defect Resolution.

    Ø Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and actively participate in decision for issues prioritization.

    Ø Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations.

    Ø Perform Impact assessments of Change Request on Implemented product and facilitate Production deployments.

    Ø Should manage and Track OBLM and OBDX System Performance, Participate technically and functionally in process optimization.

    Ø Ensure technology projects have got approvals from ISG, Technology architecture, hardware sizing and also meet all audit controls.

    Ø Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.

    Knowledge, Skills And Experience


    • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science or Postgraduate


    • 12+ years' experience in experience with Liquidity Management and OBDX having Corporate Banking implementation.


    • Subject Matter expertise and hands on experience of OBLM and OBDX.


    • Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements.


    • Knowledge of Banking domain is a must


    • Strong interpersonal communication skills


    • Experience of working in large scale transformation Project – involving Process optimization and changes.


    • Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.


    • Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.


    • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.


    • Ability to document integration and detailed design specs for large scale banking applications.


    • Working knowledge and experience in designing distributed applications
