    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue targets.

    2. Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

    3. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign targeting and performance.

    4. Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

    5. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

    8. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, ad messaging, and targeting strategies.

    9. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

    10. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Proven track record of 6+ years in performance marketing roles, preferably within the EdTech or technology industry.

    Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

    Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

    Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI.
