Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Develop a framework for Process Safety Management at the Lanjigarh Refinery
2. Conduct Regular reviews against the standard
3. Implement Critical Controls in line with the standard
4. Benchmark against other similar industries
5. Develop a process Safety department including recruitment and training of suitable engineers.
6. Develop a process safety training programme

Criteria:-

Qualification & Experience: ·B.E or equivalent with 12-15 years of experience in the field of process safety

Educational criteria (Mandatory)–

1. Minimum 60% and above in all academics
2. No gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & Graduation or graduation & Post graduation)
3. No gap in employment is preferred
