    Job Overview

    The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing the front desk activities and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle cash transactions. The ideal candidate should be a skilled multi-tasker and possess a strong sense of teamwork.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
    • Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
    • Knowledge of phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
    • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide accurate information to guests regarding the academy's programs and services
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
    • Schedule interviews and manage calendars
    • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
    • Maintain records of visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
