    Bachelors degree in administration or any relevant field.

    MBA preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    2+ years of experience insales/hospital administration.

    SKILLS:

    Health care industry knowledge.

    B2B sales knowledge

    Negotiation and verbal communication skills.

    Skills in numerical and statistical analysis

    ROLES:

    Business development

    Customer relationship management

    Sales Supervision

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.

    Identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral business

    Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

    Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

    Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

    Partnering with institutions, referrals centers and Insurance companies for business generations and developments

    Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans

    Review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same.

    Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
