    We are seeking a Trainee- Claims Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling claims and ensuring timely resolution. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Process and handle claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
    • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other parties involved in the claims process
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • 0-1 years of experience in the job market
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
