    Software Development Position: Salesforce Application Specialist

    Main Tasks:

    1. The primary focus of this role is designing, developing and implementing custom Salesforce applications, leveraging the company’s extensive experience in software development.
    2. This requires working closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions.
    3. The successful candidate must be skilled in developing effective integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, conduct thorough code reviews, and maintain high performance and reliability of existing Salesforce applications.
    4. This position demands a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and bulkification principles.
    5. In addition to meeting the core responsibilities, the selected individual should possess knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with experience in Financial Services Cloud being a desirable attribute.

    Core Requirements:

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
    • Experience with Salesforce API, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) are preferred but not necessary.
