    Looking for a female ITRecruiter with 2 Years of experience in IT recruitment .Kindly notecandidate must be from Delhi or Noida and only work from theofficeKeyResponsibilities:

    • Partner with hiringmanagers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitmentstrategies
    • Source potential candidates throughonline channels social media and professionalnetworks
    • Screen resumes and applications toidentify suitable candidates
    • Conductprescreening interviews to assess candidatefit
    • Coordinate interviews with hiringmanagers
    • Facilitate the entire recruitmentprocess including interview feedback and offernegotiation
    • Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates for futureopportunities
    • Stay updated on industry trendsand innovative recruiting techniques
    • Ensure allrecruitment activities comply with employment laws andregulations
    • Provide regular and adhoc reportson recruitment activities andoutcomes
    • Participate in career fairs andnetworking events to promote theorganization
    • Contribute to employer brandinginitiatives to attract top talent
    • Maintain apositive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business or relevant field
    • 2years of Proven work experience as a technical recruiter inexecutive search firm or recruiter in the ITindustry
    • Familiarity with sourcing andrecruiting techniques specific to ITroles
    • Strong understanding of IT jobrequirements and technical skills
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple open positionssimultaneously
    • Knowledge of employment laws andregulations
    • Proven track record of successfulcandidate sourcing and placement
    • Experience inconducting different types of interviews (technical behavioraletc.)
    • High level of adaptability and resiliencein a fastpaced environment
