Role Overview
Our Client Servicing Manager will be proactive and relationship-driven - act as the key point of contact for our clients. The role involves managing ongoing client relationships, leading strategic communication, driving pitches and proposals, and identifying opportunities for additional revenue generation from existing client accounts. This position requires a balance of client management, strategic thinking, and business growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1)Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure seamless communication across all stages of the engagement.
* Efficiently manage and balance multiple client accounts at various stages, ensuring alignment with client expectations, internal teams, and business goals
* Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
2)Pitches & Business Growth
* Lead and contribute to client pitches, presentations, and proposals for new projects and scope expansions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling pitch decks, strategies, and cost estimates.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
* Drive incremental revenue by recommending additional services, campaigns, or solutions aligned with client needs.
3)Account Expansion & Revenue Generation
* Actively monitor existing accounts to spot growth opportunities and increase account value.
* Prepare and present proposals for add-on services, renewals, and long-term contracts.
* Track revenue performance per account and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly growth targets.
4)Project & Internal Coordination
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
* Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
* Address client feedback, concerns, or escalations in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
5)Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare regular client performance reports, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to client communication, proposals, and contracts.
