    The Third Bridge Community connects our clients to the highest quality relevant experts by leveraging our extensive global expert network, thorough pre-qualification processes, and a robust compliance framework.

    Our clients connect directly with experts in a one-on-one consultation, which is then published on our content platform and made available for other clients to read.

    Community Operations Associates Role:

    As a Community Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our London- and US-based Community teams in facilitating these consultations between Third Bridge clients and specialists.

    This includes managing end-to-end logistics to ensure a smooth process for both parties, liaising directly with clients and specialists, and overseeing the transcription and publishing of content after a call has taken place.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Use your negotiation and persuasion skills with industry experts to facilitate one-on-one consultations.
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing Third Bridge specialists, providing them with an excellent experience and great customer service.
    • Collaborate with Third Bridge team members both locally and internationally when executing on client requests across time zones.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates with strong academic credentials and/or experience in a client-facing role.
    • The ability to deliver high-quality work on a deadline.
    • A proven track record of building strong relationships with people.
    • An understanding of how to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
