• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements for NBFC operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and communicate updates to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance considerations into business processes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by relevant authorities.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to promote a culture of compliance awareness.
• Investigate and address compliance issues, providing recommendations for corrective action.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field; CS/CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 45 years of specific RBI compliance experience.
• Over 7 years of overall experience in a compliance role within the financial sector, particularly with Banks/ NBFCs.
• Indepth knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
