    About the Company:
    We are a leading jewellery company with a strong presence in both offline and online markets. Our products are known for their quality, craftsmanship, and innovative designs.

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.

    Accounting and Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
    • Manage monthend and yearend closing processes.

    Cost Management:

    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure costeffectiveness.
    • Conduct costbenefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow, including cash forecasting and working capital management.
    • Optimize cash flow to support operational needs and investment activities.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
    • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
    Qualifications and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    • CA/CPA/CMA qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.
    • At least 23 years of experience with eCommerce or D2C brands.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
    • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Must be willing to work from Gurugram.
