    It is an exciting time at AppZen, and we have a new opportunity for a Manager of Operations This role will help drive critical cross-functional operations for collaboration, systems, processes, metrics and reporting, and operational efficiencies across the organization.

    You will be a part of the team serving as the connective tissue across the organization to ensure stakeholders can successfully execute integrated projects and operational plans between business units in alignment with AppZen's strategic goals.

    This role will report to the Director of Operations.

    Specifically, the Operations Manager will manage Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations with a team of matrix-managed reports in Pune.

    You will drive operational excellence, implement and optimize programs and processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of business functions.


    Responsibilities :
    Partner with and support the cross-functional operations teams for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Business OperationsBusiness and technical expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Applications such as Catalyst, 6Sense, Zoom InfoPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure clean data infrastructure and uniform reporting across the business, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Business OperationsManage and monitor business operations process documentationLead, monitor and establish visibility and communication of cross-company projects/processes with analytics and content management to maximize information sharing, visibility, and enablementCollaborate with program and project managers regarding systems and process alignment to enable product delivery plans with stakeholder engagementResponsible for identifying and reporting roadblocks, risks, and critical dependencies and ensuring the important 'stuff' gets doneIdentify and ensure ownership for and that processes across the organization are living and amended as required; establish and maintain a metrics program to measure results


    Requirements :
    Minimum of 5 years of previous operations experience in similar roles. Overall experience of maximum 10 years.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred5+ years' experience in project management, analytical problem-solving capabilities, previous operational excellence experience, and a demonstrated track record of implementing operational improvementsExperience in fast-paced SaaS companies working with global teamsStrong organization skills with demonstrated ability to drive a standard approach across multiple groupsCreative problem-solving, able to take a hands-on approach to building enablement solutions in a fast-moving environmentDemonstrated project management capability in a highly matrixed organization, including vendor contributions

    Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.

    Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategiesLeadership and CommunicationExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

    Industry Knowledge:
