- 6 to 10 years of hands-on Reporting and analytics experience

- Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and facilitate Business Requirements gathering discussions with Business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions.
- Work and collaborate with data engineering team at all stages of CRISP-DM Methodology
- Adheres and prepares documentation according to the CRISP-DM Methodology for the development team.
- Perform EDA to support all analyses.
- Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
- Document clearly the work expectations of the different stakeholders according to the RACI matrix
- Align to SP data policies, standards and market best practices and document as required
- Familiar with DevOps CI/CD Concepts
- Reviews and approves CI/CD pipelines in Fabric
- Provide guidance to junior PowerBI Developer
- Clean, analyze, and visualize a variety of data to identify opportunities, insights, and anomalies.
- Develop automated dynamic reports and dashboards to support key business functions and initiatives.
- Provides leadership and backlog prioritization for the Business Data analyst scrum team
