    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as Sales Administration. The Sales Administration will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with both our manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi and our sales office in Bangalore.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales records.
    2. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
    3. Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to facilitate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    4. Prepare and distribute sales contracts, quotations, and proposals in coordination with the sales team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
    5. Maintain up-to-date customer information and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    6. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales collateral as needed to support the sales team.
    7. Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and support.
    8. Generate and analyze sales reports and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
    9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures, including order processing, contract management, and sales reporting.
