    About the Job:

    As a Territory Account Manager for the North & East regions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of Newland AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions. This position requires a solid understanding of Newland AIDC products and services, coupled with exceptional sales and managerial skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize moderate domain/solutions knowledge to effectively promote Newland AIDC products and services.
    • Apply Solution Selling concepts to customer situations, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Understand and adhere to policies and practices related to the role, while actively contributing ideas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual revenue targets, focusing on profitable revenue growth via value proposition against competition.
    • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers in various verticals, leveraging full knowledge of their businesses and market economics/trends.
    • Solve routine problems of moderate complexity at the customer level, utilizing support from technical resources when necessary.
    • Act independently or as a team lead for ad-hoc teams, influencing customers to purchase moderate-sized projects.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 7 years of applicable work experience, with a focus on sales and account management.
    • Proficiency in Solution Selling concepts and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of AIDC products and services, with the ability to effectively explain how they can benefit customers' businesses.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under general supervision, making decisions of moderate complexity that impact project deliverables.
    • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
