Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. The CSR Manager will oversee and implement social welfare projects, ensure alignment with the organization's vision, and engage stakeholders to create impactful programs. Responsibilities include project management, monitoring and evaluation of CSR initiatives, fostering employee engagement in social causes, building partnerships with community stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports for project impact assessments.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in employee engagement and promoting social responsibility within an organization
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communities
- Educational qualifications in Social Work, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience with nonprofit organizations or rural development initiatives is a plus
- Passion for social impact and commitment to the foundation's mission
