Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze student academic performance data, including grades, standardized test scores, attendance records, and other relevant metrics.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in student performance data.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing key findings from data analysis, including trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student achievement and progress over time.
• Work closely with school leadership to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• NIT/IIT passout is preferred.
• JEE teaching experience of 3 to 5 years will be a plus point.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
