Job Summary:
Nimble Accounting is looking for a Support Executive with strong English communication skills (spoken and written non-negotiable), proficiency in Arabic and Japanese (preferred), and a Commerce background.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in accounting or SaaS environments, and must be willing to work in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for Nimble Accounting clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with accounting software-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively in English and preferably in Arabic and Japanese to support global clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with Nimble Accountings service standards and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Languages:
English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (mandatory).
Arabic & Japanese: Preferred (added advantage).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in accounting or SaaS domain.
Educational Background:
Commerce degree or equivalent qualification.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with accounting principles and accounting software.
Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
