    Bachelor's Degree in technical area or equivalent job experience3+ years of experience on Salesforce & platform2+ years of experience in custom development on platform using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTMLStrong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration and LightningExperience and familiarity with Salesforce out-of-box features including Sales & Service cloudUnderstanding of best practices and SFDC coding standards
