    Role Overview

    The incumbent will be a front-line soldier, responsible for engagement of existing clients and maintaining relationship with all the key people using experience, creativity, and skills.

    Responsibilities


    • Ability to create new strategies and innovative ideas to increase Students and teachers' adoption & engagement


    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved at the earliest


    • Maintaining and expanding on excellent executive client relationships as well as building strong internal relationships with key people to deliver superior performance


    • Triage and prioritize issues according to severity and Escalate issues when necessary


    • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction


    • Create a feedback Funnel and Understand service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

    Requirement


    • Candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or client relationship having excellent English communication


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call/email, connect and interact with existing clients


    • Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently


    • Persuasive and goal oriented


    • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines


    • Proactive approach Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude


    • Basic knowledge in utilizing business tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint etc
