- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and must at least be a graduate
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS software is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon order tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling coffee or agricultural products is a plus
- Familiarity with online order tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Ensure efficient management of inventory and implement inventory control measures
- Receive, store, and organize all incoming products and materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and deliveries
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain smooth workflow
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately labeled, documented, and tracked
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations
