Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace or other Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, such as New Relic, AppDynamics, and Datadog.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring Dynatrace environments to ensure seamless monitoring and analysis.
• Strong understanding of application performance management, monitoring tools, and observability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with scripting and automation, including proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate tasks and workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm) to deploy and manage applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose performance issues and suggest effective remediation strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Dynatrace with other monitoring and incident management tools to enhance overall system visibility and efficiency.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and service mesh observability to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices to align with industry standards and best practices.
