A technology services client of ours is looking for multiple Azure Dev Storage Support Engineer to join them on a Contract basis. These roles have high likely hood of being converted to FTE after the initial contract length. Here are more details about the role.

Role: Azure Dev Storage Support Engineer

Key Skills: Azure Administrator, Understanding of firewall /NSG Understanding of Cloud computing as well as PaaS

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate

Application Support Engineer with Basic Dotnet and Azure skills

Job Description:

• Should know L3/L2 production support [Incident (Critical, high, medium and low) ]and vided resolution within SLA time.
• Basic knowledge on C# dotnet framework and SQL with Application support.
• Knowledge on to administer the Azure environment via Azure Portal.
• Must have knowledge about Azure cloud storage, Azure redis cache and its services.
• Proficiency in handling rest API's and relative tool (Postman, fiddler).
• Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended.
• Proven ability to analyze the problem, root cause and handle the escalated.
• Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email.
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and Written (Must)
• Positive Attitude towards solving issues and willingness/ ability to learn and take challenging opportunity.
• To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis.
• Good to have Az-900 Microsoft and ITIL certification.
